For me, the service given to anyone, whether a citizen or not, should be treated with the utmost respect. If the staff doesn't understand that customer service is paramount, they should change their business model and not be a place that caters to a market. I'm giving it this rating because a member of this workshop got angry because he didn't understand the way I was speaking to him, reflecting racism towards the Latino customer. It's truly a shame.

Roger and the guys showed me the issue, and got me in and out with a new tire, a balance, and a hammered-straight rim in about 30 minutes. It was late on Friday, right before closing, and they were as nice as could be. I got back on the road and it felt like a brand new car. I was beyond relieved and felt so much safer.
