Called back and was told I could exchange at the airport and the person was very rude and then was told I had to take a car once I got there. Informed them in was going to the mountains and it was not car suitable and did not care. And then got a vehicle that had a chip and bad brakes. Told the manager and seemed not to be to concerned. Called customer service and they kept saying someone would call no one ever did.

Went November 3rd because the insurance company told me to wait til after the wknd to go, and was told they had no vehicles available and wouldn’t for days. And everytime I’ve called back to see if my vehicle was available they’ve told me it’d be a few days to a weeks wait because they are overbooked. I’ve been carless with 4 kids for a little over 2 weeks. How can you accept a reservation for someone if you have no vehicles available to give them?
