  Ok, if I could give zero stars I would. I have rented from everywhere around the world and never have I ever had a reservation cancelled due to being late. Upon arrival, I was told the car was given away because I was late. Then the sales rep, William claimed my number wasn’t on my profile… that was a lie because I’ve rented from enterprise before. My number has been the same for 20 years. I then proceeded to tell the rep it’s a simple use of your brain… the fact that I would have to say that and then the narrative was spun on me as if I was rude is blasphemy. When I explained to him, “I’ve rented here before” William the rep stated “I’ve never seen you here before!” During our conversation the rep then told me “if I had dinner reservations and didn’t show what would happen. In all the years of my life renting at enterprise… never have I had this experience. The manager comes out, explains he’s not going to rent to me because of “belittling his staff” I would never intentionally belittle anyone and the fact that he made that statement is beyond ridiculous. Heading to the airport to spend my money elsewhere…

  Fantastic experience at the Enterprise Laurens Road location. I told one of their employees, Issac, that my rental was the cleanest rental I have gotten in years. Will definitely use this location again.

  The drop off policy after the office hours should be improved, i had a drop time at 12:00pm and I let them know about i will be 5 mons late only, when i reach there it was around 12:03pm, and no one was there.

  Laurens Rd Enterprise has been the best. Isaac is top notch with customer service. Friendly and accommodating on super short notice. Even waited a little past closing since I got held up in traffic trying to get there.

  1st let me be clear of the locate with the issues. It was the one that does business with Caliber Collesion on Ridge Rd, GreenvilleSC. I had to wait over 20 mins for a vehicle once I dropped off my vehicle for repairs. I finally was given a vehicle. Which was dirty & left me stranded at the Walmart Supercenter in Travelers Rest. Plus their roadside assist is unprofessional and be telling lies. I went TWO DAYS without a vehicle before the Lauren's location found out about it. Because the airport location sent them an email about me picking up a vehicle from their location.
