  Scheduled my vehicle pick up in advanced. Picked up a vehicle on Tuesday, November 11. When I picked up the vehicle, the tire pressure was low & had a quarter of a tank. I filled the tank up & aired up the tire pressure. On Thursday, November 13, the tire pressure was at 26 again. (Supposed to be at 37 psi.). I went back to Enterprise & missed work hoping to get a quick fix. I paid the fee for Roadside Assistance, yet they told me I had to go to Firestone or a local tire shop to get the tire fixed… I was already late for work & had to be on the road at 2 for a 9 hour drive. They told me I could downsize to a smaller car. Then they figured out they had another car option for me. Whenever they gave it to me they told me that it had a 1/4 of a tank. I told them since I filled up the other vehicle full & had only driven 20 miles on it yet, I wanted the new car tank filled up. They said they would do it. Then they filled the new car to only half of a tank. The young lady who helped me was super sweet, & no complaints about her. I’m sure she was just abiding by company policy, but this situation was handled very poorly & the alternative options I was offered were not a fair compromise.

  This entire team consistently demonstrates an outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. Each visit is a learning experience because they take the time to explain every step of their process thoroughly. The cars are always spotless and well-maintained, which shows their attention to detail and care for their clients. I’ve noticed some reviews mention limited vehicle availability, but it’s clear many don’t fully understand how the rental business operates. Today, Braxton, Issac, and Iyshanti provided exceptional service. Not only to me, but to every customer I observed them assist. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set this location apart.

  Completely Unprofessional and Unacceptable Experience This is the second time I’ve had to swap out a dirty rental from this Enterprise location, and the experience has been terrible both times. My personal car is back in the shop, and I was told to pick up my rental at Caliber Collision, but the staff had no idea which car I was supposed to take. There was no paperwork, no inspection, and no walk-through—just keys handed to me and “you’re good to go.” The car was filthy, with food splatters and hair stuck to the ceiling and a nauseating odor. When I called to report it, they told me to come back and swap it out. I explained I work full-time and would come as soon as I could, but when I arrived about 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I was told there were no cars available because they’d given mine away. I ended up leaving the car there and taking an Uber back to work because I couldn’t stand the smell. If this had been the first time, I might have been understanding—but having this happen twice shows a serious problem with cleanliness and customer service. I’ve already filed a corporate complaint, and I suggest taking your business to Hertz next time, where I’ve received a clean car and better service. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location until they improve.
