Reserved a pickup truck and arranged an Uber based on that reservation. Was called when I was about 2 minutes away and told no truck was available anywhere in the city. Staff was polite and did apologize, but the only option offered was an SUV at a higher price. I declined to pay more due to Enterprise’s inventory issue and canceled the reservation. Last minute notice wasted my time and money. Reservations should mean the vehicle is actually available.

I have to say how wonderful this location and its team are. My fiancé and I recently had to rent a car after our National rental had a popped tire and then proceeded to not help us get another car. luckily, this Enterprise location was able to help us. This was especially important because we were trying to get to our own wedding.
In relation to a recent review from a Basabdatta, I do not appreciate being posted in a photo I DID NOT provide consent to being in and request it’s removed for harassment. We also did not receive “her reservation.” Having been in the building and seeing the way she interacted with the team members at this location, she was hostile and rude. From what I gathered, she was hours late for her reservation and didn’t seem to want to accept that policy of this Enterprise location. She did in fact tell my fiancé and I we should Uber to our wedding. I feel bad for the staff because the city of Greenville had a shortage of rental cars that evening, and the great team members were doing all they could to get everyone taken care of. I commend the staff at this location for their customer service and patience with each customer. I will continue to rent cars from this location when needed.

These guys rock! They absolutely SAVED our wedding weekend by making up for Nationals mess ups. They were able to get us one of their last cars. I wish I had the names of the gentlemen that helped us, but they were absolutely incredible, so much so we invited them to our wedding. And it was a very genuine invite. THANK YOU!
And regarding the most recent 1-star review….she posted an inappropriate picture of myself and my wife and the workers, which reflects the way she treated the workers as well. She literally told us to take an Uber to our wedding 2 hours away in the mountains. I hope her Uber ride was pleasant.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a rental a week in advance, and just one day before pickup I received a call saying they could not fulfill my reservation. I contacted the 800# and was told a regional manager would reach out—no one ever called. Instead, I received a short email stating my reservation was cancelled because they did not have the vehicle I reserved. Very poor service and communication. Thankfully, Hertz was able to accommodate me last minute—and at a cheaper price.
