One of the employees confirmed that my battery is bad but upon being unable to find record of selling me the battery in their system (they said they can't look up transactions with cards like most other retailers seem to do), they said there was nothing they could do. I then followed up with district and regional folks and never even got a call back. Bummed to leave this since the people here are generally helpful but this has pushed me to look elsewhere.
