One customer was waiting for 10 minutes to get 4 dollars in change because no one was available to give change. The associate asked if anyone needed items looked up or help at another register. I raised my hand and was escorted to another register and asked what item I needed and she looked up the item, then left to look for it. The associate never came back to give me my part and after handling 2 more customers at the other register, sent another customer down to the one she left me at, asking me to step aside so she could help this customer. When I stated, “ I thought you were still helping me” she then began to try to make the previous customer wait to help me. How is the staff this incompetent and unaware of basic customer service. I just told them to not worry about it, I’ll go to Orileys up the road. Worth paying a little extra for someone who cares about their job at least a little
