An employee was behind the counter, but was too busy worrying about looking for items on a shelf than helping a customer. I purchased a battery at this location on Wednesday of last week, drove my car 1 time, and this morning the battery was completely dead. I had to pay $50 for a locksmith to unlock my car, who was kind enough to assist with a jump in order for me to make it back to Autozone. Not only was I not able to speak with a manager who could help, I wasn't offered any compensation for needing to pay $50 for a locksmith. No upgraded battery, or anything. The guy kept saying "Dang they sold you a bad battery", like I was at a different location. Then, to top it off, after he installed the battery, he handed me a screw and said I'm going to have to have someone install it to keep the battery down because his hands can't fit in the car lol. You can't make this up. Straight face, no smile. He was serious. I was infuriated. It was the most ghetto experience I've ever had in my life. At one point, there were three guys under the hood of my car, working together to do a one man job. I know the economy is bad for everyone, but Autozone having unqualified technicians is unacceptable. Today was unbelievable, and ruined everything that I had to get done today.
