The manager helped me test my battery and my alternator, and he fully charged my battery (all free of charge.) he offered me coffee to warm up. The manager personally walked me over to the pep boys next door and asked them to try to get my alternator replaced that night. When they didn’t have the part, he had someone go get it from another store. thank you so much to the staff here.

Once available, he helped locate the items on my list, patiently explained the differences between similar products, and presented himself as both knowledgeable and professional.

Auto parts stores can be scary places, this one was great. In addition to the manager, the other employees were attentive to the customers. One was working on a car battery in the lot and the other was to covering the store. I overheard the manager working schedules, helping the new girl with the battery, and he found time to tell me about the different quality levels of batteries. Note: I will be purchasing Platinum when the time comes. As a retired manager, I can recognize a well run shop as soon as I walk in. Nice work everyone.
