  Don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service anywhere in my life. I was only staying in Greenville for the night when my car had a dead battery the next morning. After taking an uber to this autozone I was met with employees happy to help. Especially Guillermo, who was kind enough to offer to drive me back to my car so I didn’t have to pay for another Uber. Top tier employees at this location.

  Guillermo and his entire team at this location have not only excellent customer service skills, but the knowledge that complements the industry having little knowledge of automotive things myself.I was able to go into the store.Tell them what I needed.And he was able to translate that into something that fixed my vehicle.I am forever grateful and will always recommend this location.In the greenville south carolina area.

  Management at this location is deeply unprofessional. The manager lacks basic communication skills and demonstrates little understanding of customer service. Leadership should set the standard — here, it lowers it. Corporate may want to reassess who they’ve put in charge.

  Drove in from out of state, had a check engine light come on and the super-helpful employee ran the codes and showed me what was going on. This is no charge at Autozone but he wouldn't even take a tip. Saved me a ton of money over going to the dealership. I highly recommend this syore to anyone.
