He was a middle-aged Caucasian man with tattoos on his arms, and he exemplified what it means to go the extra mile. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you’re a senior like me and appreciate a little extra help when dealing with car issues (or anything else), I highly recommend this location.

The store was messy, there were three clerks in the store, one was helping a customer, and the other two were chatting, and did not ask me if I needed help. After the other customer left, I was helped by the clerk, but the three clerks began to argue and get loud, using profanity. It was like I wasn't even there. I don't mind profanity, but if someone else did, that might be an issue. I didn't see any staff that I had dealt with before (Anthony had always been helpful) so they must have had a lot of turnover, maybe under new management? I hope they get everything sorted out, because the staff seemed extremely unprofessional.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?
A traditional lead/acid car battery can range between $60-$120. The difference in cost comes from a variety of things, like the size of the vehicle or any special requirements needed from the battery, i.e. an increased resistant to cold or hot climates. HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
