  So I have used there mobile team to do work on our fords since I moved down here and today will be the last day I ever use them. So today they came and changed the oil and rotated the tires on the suv. He came up with a few issues they found nothing big. When the van left the suv was dead and he blamed it on a bad battery. Not once have I ever had an issue with the suv starting. The other issue I had is I gave them a running vehicle and I got back a dead one and all they can say is well the internal battery code was on we can come back but you need to buy a new battery. Explain how I never had an issue till today and all you can say is oh well. Bad customer service and plus never left me with a running vehicle especially that’s how I have it to you. So thanks for being a crappy Ford dealership.

  Dealership is shady at best. Each and every single time a vehicle goes in for a recall or something under warranty, there's always something wrong with it that you have to pay for even though it's on.RecallAnd they're not supposed to charge you for it.There's still always a two or three hundred dollar charge.Each and every single time.

  Truly the best people.. from sales to finance. Could not have asked for any better. I've purchased several vehicles from different Ford dealerships over the years and Stokes Hodges Ford was the absolute best. The people truly make the difference. They honestly care about what you want and getting you the best deal possible. They've even kept in touch since my purchase to make sure everything is going great.   If I could give Stokes-Hodges Ford 5 THOUSAND stars I would - purchasing my new Bronco from them was a fantastic experience. Andre Valdez was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing. He helped me to place an order for my new Bronco and he kept me informed during every step of the process. When my car arrived it was PRISTINE and in the dealership with a huge red bow. The financial part took just minutes and was painless. Andre took the time to go over every single button on my new car and I was beaming as I drove away. Do not hesitate to purchase your next car from Stokes-Hodges Ford.

  It seems as though all of the stokes hodge dealerships have one thing in common: there service department is non existent. Not only did my mother in law have to pay for damage that they caused to her car with no ounce of help from the dealership, but myself and my husband have had service issues with a car that we bought for over $40,000. As long as you are buying a car they are as helpful as they can be, but as soon as you have a problem, they could not care less about resolving your issue. If I could leave a one star review everyday, I would. Not only is the service department terrible, they try to overcharge at every given point. They were trying to charge my MIL $10,000 for an engine that they messed up. To put it in to perspective she drives a newer Honda Accord. My husband can get a modified motor from Ford for his mustang for that price. I will never again shop with any of the Stokes Hodges dealerships, its easier to buy straight from the maker or to find another dealer all together. Take this message as a warning!
