    I spoke with a salesman Cody all week long arranging the right price. Now I live in Charlotte and had to drive 3 hours to see the truck and drive it. He videos the truck and told me it was immaculate days before I could get there. He didn’t disclose any discrepancies. So I drive down 3 hours with my family to see it and drive it home on his word that it was a great truck. I get there he’s not there. I get the keys from another salesman and crank it up and start looking it over. The engine light and other warning lights stay on the dashboard cluster. The front grill is about to fall off the front. The truck was suppposed to be detailed, it was full of sand and mud. There was food in the back seat cup holders. There was water stains on the interior ceiling on each back corners, from a leaking seal around the cargo light assembly. There was rust on the seat frames indicating water damage. There was rust starting on the top of the truck. The carpet was completely torn up on the passenger’s side. The rear light assembly was busted and the Nissan dealership is right down the road, easy fix, it was not a concern to Ford. I never even test drove it. Told them within 10 minutes I was not buying it. Took my family and got the hell out of there. Stay away from Stokes Hodges Ford, scammers! God only knows what else they were hiding and they’re pricing was over retail and they wouldn’t budge. Stay away!

    If you go here to buy a car ask for Niem. We had the perfect experience after having other difficulties at carmax even though they are no haggle doesn’t mean it doesn’t come without a headache. We didn’t feel pressured and he worked with us to get us a deal. We drove from Grovetown to here just because we had bad experience at another local ford dealer. Everyone was great, knowledgeable and didn’t apply pressure. Their service department seems great as well we are already set up for our first service appointment. It’s worth the drive if you aren’t local.

    Everyone at this dealership was absolutely great to work with. We drove a total of 19 hours (round trip) to pickup our vehicle and we won't hesitate to do it again. Heather, Colten and Jody made the process easy. We had some tough ask regarding our vehicle and Colten executed on all. A car is a big investment and it's a good feeling when you do the deal with good people that you trust. Looking forward to working with them again.

    I don’t have much experience with the dealership but if it’s anything like the service center I’d run for the hills. If I could give them no stars I would. I took my truck to have the cam phasers replaced on to which cost me roughly $6,200. When I went to pay I made sure to ask if everything worked on would be warranted to which they said yes. Less than a month later my truck began to leak antifreeze. I called for them to check it out for them to say it was my thermostat and they didn’t touch my thermostat when they did the work on the cam phasers and it would be $1,000 to fix. When I pushed back they said they could do it for $700. I did more digging on my recent receipt for $6,200 and looked up every part number I was charged for and found 2 thermostat o rings that I was charged for. That being said one of the two things happened A. They charged me for it and did the work or B. They charged me for something they never even touched. They also magically found an oil leak while replacing my thermostat the second go around. They’ll never put another wrench on my vehicle nor ever have my business. That being said be careful dealing with Stokes Hodges Ford they’ll get you any way they can

    Buyers should carefully review their contracts before signing. During my purchase, Tony Cash included an extended warranty (nearly $3,000) in the contract without clearly discussing or obtaining my consent. I was also not provided the corresponding paperwork at signing. After reviewing the numbers at home, I noticed my payment structure did not match the agreed purchase price. I contacted my salesperson and the dealership to request clarification and a refund, but did not receive a meaningful response. I ultimately had to drive four hours back the next day to have the warranty removed and the paperwork corrected. The issue was eventually resolved, but it required unnecessary time, travel, and stress. While the vehicle itself has been great so far, the financing experience was disappointing.
