    I had came into the store needing tires to get on the highway to go out of town for a family emergency upon. I was quoted a price of my tires then it was said that I needed tire rods so I went ahead and got them done. I was $1700 and some change that I spent at this company upon that you know you get your four new tires tie rods and then you know you’re supposed to align the car which I pay for the alignment however avoid me driving 12 hours away from here on my way to Ohio. I noticed that my car was shifting in the rear tires and then in the front tire the front driver Tire would shake really bad so I ended up going to made it to Ohio. I had a couple of people look at my car they couldn’t understand what was going on To come home, I ended up taking my car cause I had to get back to Carolina so I had to take my car to another shop to where it came to find out that the car was never had a balance done or what do you call a wheel alignment my apologies. The wheel alignment was so off on the back tires that the thread on the tires didn’t even look like they were brand new tires. The alignment was off in the front so the alignment was never done, which was very dangerous for me and my 13-year-old child to be driving. Quit making a 12 hour trip about 600 and almost 900 miles away very unsafe when I got back to I I I’ve got my tire car fixed and I explained to them and showed them the bill to where I had to pay another company to do a Will alignment in order for me to get home safely and I asked for a refund because I had to pay somebody else for something that you guys have done to fix my car. I don’t know that he said well I don’t know about getting you a refund. I can give you a service upon that. He said he had to talk to his boss or whatever about getting my tires replaced I Foot that my tires are bad for the simple fact is your guys did not do my wheel alignment so on Friday I was supposed to come and get my tires done. He wrote on the receipt that you know XYZ happen. She’s supposed to get her tires replaced appointment coming. The manager was not there so the system manager Cody was there and I explained to Cody what was going on which Cody got very nasty at me but whatever case talking to me like he didn’t understand why I need to get my tires replaced when I had just purchased them I said well here it is, sir. What happened was this? I got tires and tire Rise or whatever the case may be, and I said the alignment was not correctly done he said something else to me and which there was an argument at that point because I just paid you guys $1700 that I don’t have that I am a single parent, but I needed my tires to get to my mom for a family emergency and upon that I trusted my vehicle with you guys so upon that he said well I said I’ll just come back when the other guy is here and so I finally got my tires on, but I also told them I told them it was something going on with my front tire. I said ever since y’all I’d let y’all put our hands on my car I’ve been having a problems you know it is the vehicle is not safe for me to drive cause I’m scared to turn a corner because I don’t know if a wheel is gonna fall off or you know I’m saying I’m gonna get into an accident or anything with me and my kid in his car. He tells me that all it just needs to be rebalanced so I’m assuming that I did that but you never drove it to tested or anything to see what was going on you just pour the car up and stay here you go so I upon that he was like what we’re gonna do about your server that’s why I don’t trust you guys to do anything to my car because y’all couldn’t even do the wheel alignment correctly and I drove so far. I’m very upset. I haven’t gotten my money back for an alignment that I paid for that. I did not get the service you walk through the door. It takes about 20 minutes to come to the front for you to even see if somebody’s there it’s like there’s nobody at the front counter so you know if there’s allowed to do when you walk in very unsatisfied very unprofessional and I’m very upset for the service I have received

    I've visited the TireChoice at 106 S. Goose Creek Blvd. Goose Creek SC twice before deciding to go there for an oil change. Previously, I had good experience. Fast and friendly service both times for new tires. My appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 7:30 AM (waiting), hoping to make it down the road to work before 9 AM. I arrived ontime for the appointment, but my vehicle was not even pulled into the bay until 9:02 AM, and placed on the lift at 9:23 AM. Service was complete at 9:38 AM. During the 2 hr wait, I was not able to get on the shop wifi to work remotely and the bathroom was in extremely poor condition.

    Yesterday I got (and drove on) a flat tire and was fortunately able to make it to Tire Choice an hour before they closed as I don’t have a donut. Not only did the attendant educate me about the ‘line of death’ on my tire and put a new tire on quickly, but he was also very friendly! A little kindness and understanding goes a long way. Thanks Konner!
