  Enterprise’s servicing General Aviation travelers is super convenient and the only way to go. Much better than relying on different FBO’s and their rates are better than renting at airport facilities.

  G'mar helped us out on 03/19/2026 when I came in for a mid size vehicle. They did not have a midsize ready which was fine, they upgraded us to a 2024 Nissan Rogue. He was very professional and courteous. Since I had done the reservation online it was such a quick in and out. When I brought a vehicle (I'll explain later in the review) back at drop off, today, 03/26/2026 he tried to help me out as best as possible. I highly recommend him to any and everyone. Enterprise is lucky to have him and he needs a raise and if I could give him five stars and the Rogue zero stars I would. I've rented from Enterprise every year since 2018 and have never had an issue with a vehicle but this year I did. Saturday 03/21/2026 my daughter and I were approximately 545 miles from home, in AL about 20 miles from the Mississippi border at the junction of 233 and I-22. The Nissan Rogue that we were driving broke down on us. First the AWD malfunctioned and it said to check the owners manual, then came the other lights on the dash. The RPMs went up, and the vehicle wouldn't drive over 40mph. I called Enterprise customer service and was able to pull it off the interstate to a "safe" location. Enterprise customer service told me they were sending a tow truck and ride share to us. The tow truck showed up about an hour and a half. Ride share never showed up. We wound up having to ride back to Birmingham with the tow truck driver. I called Enterprise several times to see where the ride share was and every time they said that they were ordering one only for the order to never go through. So fast forward we get to the Birmingham Enterprise. I had to find us a ride from where the Rogue was dropped off to the Enterprise. We walk in to the Enterprise in Birmingham (don't worry I've left a review on their page as well) and from start to finish it was a nightmare. I was given the third degree on what happened to the car, asking me what did I personally do to the vehicle to make it break down. That it was a woman driver so of course it happened, and then tried to explain to me what a Camry was like I'm some idiot that didn't grow up in a shop around vehicles. Not to mention being there for an hour and a half. When we walked in the lobby was empty. Within a few minutes they got a customer in there and they were given priority. Honestly as someone who was already under contract it should have been an easy in and out. But we kept getting pushed back. We hadn't eaten, we hadn't drank anything, my daughter and I were on our way to Memphis TN to Le Bonhuers for her specialty appointments at the Tuberous Sclerosis Clinic of Excellency. So not only did the vehicle break down with me in it, but also with my daughter who is disabled and if she had had a medical emergency there was no place close to us to send emergency personnel quickly. The Birmingham airport enterprise kept telling other customers that they were the priority and that we could just sit there. We finally got a car only for it to be a different class and no change in the rates. Not to mention that I used my points for two days. The whole experience was exhausting. We spent the hour and a half at the Birmingham airport enterprise virtually being ignored. Not to mention the Birmingham airport enterprise trying to tack on other expenses while I'm literally under contract. We finally left and got to Memphis TN after 9 that night. But the employee there was rude, abrasive, and told me "don't do anything to that car" like sir....excuse me? The Georgetown location was surprised when the vehicle i pulled in today was not in fact the 2024 Nissan Rogue, but the 2025 Toyota Corolla. I'll always do business with enterprise in Georgetown. But if I ever run into a situation out that way again, I'll gladly switch to Avis, Budget, or Hertz first before I ever get another vehicle from the Birmingham Airport Enterprise. Thank you Georgetown, y'all are angels and all of your employee are amazing. Birmingham.....do better.
