I called and reached the manager, Patrick. He told me not to worry, he would wait for us. He did, even though it was after closing when we arrived! His team checked every tire and made sure all was well and didn't even charge to make sure they were filled adequately! And they were so kind. I will definitely bring my business back to Patrick and his team at Mavis!

I purchased 4 new tires for my van, what I found to be most problematic was the technician did not change the air valve stems. I also recall this taking almost 3 hours eben though the place was empty.but that's not the issue. the issue is the air stems were about ten years old with my twn year old tires as that's the last time I put tires on my van. two tires leaked air hence the reason for me to get new tires and moronically evert week or so I just would fill them up not thinking and then it occurred to me that these are the same stems that were there where old and the originals. I called Mavis customer service and I was told that it is the discretion of the technician to put new tire stem vavles or not and that if I wanted new valves I have to request them. I found that to be highly disturbing. why would I bring my van to a place to get new tires spend 600$ plus for this ? and further why didn't anyone st Mavis Georgetown advise me of this dispicable protocol? and then i get told to get new air valve stems will be 51$ . that's just great. just what I want to do because I have nothing better to do with my time and money. go back to these wonderful people and have this service performed when it should have been done automatically. Learning from this experience I chose not to have my tires rotated and new stems put on by thus Georgetown mavis. I went to myrtle beach location for tire roatarion and get the new air valve stems installed. I do not recommend Mavis tires to anyone no matter what location and I will never do business with this company again.
