Within 24 hours he had a bigger car for me and was so efficient with getting me in and out. He was so well spoken and I can't speak highly enough about him. I would not say that I wouldn't rent again as if right now NO. Training is needed for the associates behind the desk and communication when dealing with customers when it comes to renting a vehicle.

After making my husband and I go on a wild goose chase for two days to try and rent an SUV from them between Pawley’s Island and Georgetown they provided 0 customer service and never were able to provide us with a vehicle. They offered no apologies and were extremely rude to us the whole time. I would never do business with either of these locations and would advise others to avoid this business if at all possible.
