This AutoZone is very customer service-driven! After a bad experience today with the AutoZone Killian Rd. COLUMBIA, they installed the battery that I purchased from the AutoZone Killian store. The associate, Samuel was very friendly and quickly installed my battery as soon as I walked in the store!!! I was given a $10 store credit for my green recycled battery. Some Killian Rd. Associates need to be sent down to Gaston country and see how Southern hospitality is done!

The manager, Matt is very arrogant and stuck on his self. If I have to deal with this location, I will never buy parts from them again.

I went to AutoZone in Gaston a few nights ago. I was in line to purchase washers and bolts. The manager was helping another customer ahead of me. He saw me behind the customer. Without saying anything to me after helping the previous customer, he walked off into the back. Didn't say anything about he having to close the store. I then ask the other store employee who was finishing up with his own customer , was the manager coming back. The store employee walked back to where the manager was to see why he just left without saying anything. I overheard the manager telling him that he was about to start drawing down for the night. The other employee came back to his register. I told him that this was really bad customer service. This place has just lost me as a customer because of the rudeness from the manager on call that night. Poor customer service skills at this location.
