When a simple mistake ruined my vehicles engine, Strickland brothers took absolutely no responsibility of their actions. I was forced to take legal action and was without a vehicle for 8 months, for a simple mistake and a simple fix. As stated above, a complete nightmare.

I was given a choice of which service I wanted. Every other place I’ve been too told me I had to run synthetic oil. That’s what my car recommended. Strickland ‘s told me it wasn’t a requirement, I could run regular oil or synthetic but the synthetic would last a little longer before my next oil change. I appreciated the honesty. I selected the premium service but I wasn't made to feel like I had too! That meant a lot to me! Thank you!
