I made my reservation a year in advance for a van (Sprinter or Pacifica) to accommodate my family for our trip to Florida for a cruise. However, at the very last minute, I was informed that there were no vans available. There was absolutely no effective communication leading up to this, which left me and my family in a difficult bind. A simple phone call or notification ahead of time could have allowed us to make alternate arrangements. When you are running a business—especially one that people rely on for important travel plans—communication is everything. Unfortunately, this location failed in that regard, and it turned what should have been an exciting trip into a stressful situation before it even began. I expected better from Enterprise.
