  I had the best experience at Tuffy this week. My Audi needed a new battery and I quickly learned that not all mechanics work on them. I called Tuffy and spoke to Rob who assured me he could get the job done. For something as simple as a battery, changing it was not for the faint of heart. Rob showed me where it went and what he had to do to get the old one out and new one in. I so appreciated that he took the time to show me how it all worked. Needless to say, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!

  Went there with a tire leak. They could not fix it as too close to the side wall but soo friendly and helpful!!!

  i wouldnt normally write reviews for a such short interaction, but the mechanic was super nice and understanding when explaining an engine oil level warning on my car. would highly recommend.
