  Jeff, the manager at this Enterprise location, is outstanding. He is consistently calm, professional, and genuinely focused on accommodating customers whenever possible. The vehicles are always clean, smoke-free, damage-free, and clearly well maintained. This location holds itself to a higher standard than others—it’s obvious they do not rent out vehicles that need tires, oil changes, or other overdue maintenance. They have clearly demonstrated the ability to responsibly manage and grow their fleet, and this location would benefit from additional support from area and corporate leadership through increased core vehicle allocations and truck shipments. Leaving your personal vehicle here is easy and convenient if needed, with clear expectations set upfront. I always opt for the Damage Waiver because using my own insurance for a rental makes no sense. The peace of mind is worth it, the value is solid, and it applies to far more than just a simple accident—which is all most people think about. The only area for improvement is the front counter representatives. During my visit, they lacked a greeting or smile and remained seated the entire time. Staying on their feet and offering a simple welcome would elevate the customer experience and match the high standards clearly set by management. Check the recent reviews for other locations—this one is truly unmatched.

  I just had a rental of a newer Nissan Sentra through this office. The car was beautiful BUT the windshield was so dirty I could barely see out of it to drive (it seemed it was on the inside) and while I had the car the rear right tire went to a low pressure of 24 as the rest of the tires were at 38. I only had the car six days and barely drove it at all. Mostly sat in my driveway. It seems to me that before they hand a car over to you, they should ensure tire pressures are on point and that the glass is clean to see out of. Other than these two things, the employees were very nice and helpful. Next time I will make sure that they check these two important things before accepting a car. I don't think it's too much to ask.

  They called and canceled my reservation due to unavailability. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. A major inconvenience for me. Website still shows cars available at this location. How does this help customers if the system does not update in real time ?
