  Walked in for an oil change on 4/11 this team surprised me with a checklist of items needed. Got the filters replaced, and was provided with quotes for other items that needed to be addressed with no pressure to buy as most shops do. I will be returning again thanks Allie & Lewis❤️

  I need front brakes and choose this store because of all of the great reviews I saw on line. Unfortunately my experience was over before it got started. My issue was more about the process as opposed to the service. I scheduled a brake inspection at 8am. I arrived on time but was politely told the brake specialist doesn't arrive until 930. The counter attendant also added that once the brake specialist arrives, there were two cars ahead of me and that maybe they could get to my car around 11am. I understand shops get busy, but why allow me to schedule a 8am appointment if there was no way my car would be looked at until 3 hours later. I adjusted my work schedule for this appointment. If i was available at 11am I would have scheduled an appointment at 11 am. Footnote, the store opens at 8am. Why would I be 3rd in line for brakes. Oh well, I ordered the parts and will make it a DIY Saturday.

  We came in thinking we needed a new tire, but Mary Beth and the Mavis team at the Fort Mill location took a closer look and found the real issue was a bent wheel, not the tire. They quickly helped us get it fixed the same day and saved us about $800. Honest, helpful, and great service. We really appreciate their integrity.

  When winter hit and I needed to switch from my summer tires, there was a little snafu on my staggered wheels that took me about a month and a half to realize, but I’d noticed something felt off. When I found it Mary fixed the issue quickly at no charge, even though it was already getting a little warmer. When I came back in today a month later to get my summers mounted, without me even asking for it or complaining, Mary swapped my tires at no charge as a courtesy, remembering the situation. Mistakes are always forgivable, especially if they’re acknowledged - I’ll definitely back here again when it’s time for new tires! Entire team here is really nice, I’ve interacted with a handful of the technicians before too and they’re all great.

  Chris and Allie, MB, and Jon took care of me wonderfully. From the phone call to schedule time to bring vehicle to, walking me through all process and expectations, and then the follow up and check out was smooth. Professional, and fun. They had great energy and experience was wonderfully. The location was clean with a comfortable place to sit and wait. Very professional. Very awesome. Would return. In fact this is my 3rd visit to this specific llocation. Great team!!
