My service could have been better. Main issue I had was one of the seats had a broken head rest. I pointed that out to the attendant and unfortunately he really did not have a solution. They had no other vehicles like the one I rented. That broken head rest was an annoyance to my passengers.. Second, I was not really pleased with the gas tank have only a 1/4 tank in it. I was ready to go on a long road trip and the last thing I want to have to do is take it to the gas station right when I pull off the lot. However, the attendant did offer to fill it full which I appreciated. The car was a little dirty too on the outside. Inside was good. I ended up running it through a car wash before my road trip as the windows were a bit dirty. Not terrible though, just more than I think most customers would like. Other than that the Wagoneer did well. Honestly for me, this was a rare miss from Enterprise.

I had a reservation in Fort Mill but when we arrived we were told there was not a car available. We waited about a hr then were told to head to the Indian Land location that they would accommodate us. I spoke with Joseph Puccini before driving the extra 30 mins there. Once I got there I was greeted by another employee who explained I would need “additional” info to receive a car. I proceeded to tell them I spoke with Joseph who said come get the car.. Joseph comes outta now where downing the other location saying they didn’t do their job. Unprofessional !! As I began to ask for justification he says’ What is it gonna change by me explaining to you🙄
He needs a course in Customer Service 101!!

I was supposed to go to a training and my tire became flat. I got a Lyft to this location. I booked on Priceline for a compact car. I am 6 ft tall. They offered a 2 seater sports car (Mazda Miata.) I have a picture below of what Priceline advertised. It says I would get a Nissan Versa or similar. I got in the Miata and could barely move.
It was admitted they forgot to call me and tell me the inventory changed and offered me a larger car at more money.
I don’t like gaslighting. I did not want to spend any more money for inventory issues on their end and be gaslighted to think it was my fault. I was adamant about not getting a larger car for a higher price. The trainee did whatever he could to make it right and offered me a larger car at the same price.
Daniel, the assistant manager, refused to rent me a car even though he had one. He tried to blame Priceline and warned me not to book a compact car. Young people always take the blame off of themselves.
But I shared whatever inventory issues Enterpise had is between Priceline and Enterprise, the customer doesn’t know when they are renting from Priceline.
If Priceline and
Enterprise have an agreement, you can’t blame Priceline or the customer (me) when you dropped the ball and didn’t contact the customer when a rental car company’s inventory changes. It’s not the customer’s fault to not know these things.
Daniel said he was going to call and admitted that he didn’t call to say there was an inventory problem. I have no phone number or messages on my phone from Enterprise.
So yes, I missed the conference. He also said when I was outside, he had seen people act like me before.
I am promised a Nissan Versa or similar, I get a 2 seater, and he doesn’t call me prior to coming out. Forces me to pay more for a mini van. Did you offer any reasonable alternatives for a lack of compact car inventory where it didn’t add more money? How would it feel if you booked a 1 bed hotel room and they said you have to pay for a larger room when you get to the hotel?
A guy there offered to switch cars with me but Daniel refused. He just said he could but would not rent me any car. And smirked and laughed several times. I was not loud—cameras can confirm—but very firm. These rental car companies have problems with third parties and start blaming everyone except themselves.
If you feel inventory updates are an issue with Priceline, just cancel the contract.

Get dirty cars
Cars that have not been serviced or on “recall”- Austin is rude no customer service skills at all. It literally takes speaking to Sarah to get issues rectified.
I was told the palisades I had had ( since March 4th) had a recall and they needed to have it back. I told them that I work in Concord and I would not be able to get it back to them until Thursday.
Austin had the nerve to tell me that they’re not waiting until Thursday. It took six phone calls for me to finally get Sarah back on the phone. Sarah apologize for the rudeness and lack of empathy because of course this is a rental because I am going through insurance due to accident
she corrected it. She had one of their drivers bring me an Audi Q3 that is dirty , due for inspection and small. My kid can’t even fit in the backseat. I have been going through this process for 12 days with enterprise and it’s simply not what I thought if you can help it and choose what car insurance rental company you can use don’t choose enterprise.
I can not wait for my Mercedes GLC to be completed .
