- JDJaney DoeFeb 18, 20261.0I’ve wasted more of my life at the red light to exit this store than I can bare in the last 3 years. Unbelievable how the light to go left keeps u trapped. It is beyond frustrating. I’m not coming here unless there’s nothing else open.

The gas pump handle had a hole in it and alot of gas was all over the ground instead of in my car. I went in to also buy 2 cinnamon rolls that said on the glass that it was 99 cents after 3am and it was about 4 am and they clerks refused to honor their advertisement.
- MSMaya ShegogJan 9, 20261.0Stopped at the QT on Carowinds Blvd and had a terrible experience. I tapped my credit card at the pump, entered my ZIP code as prompted, and started pumping gas. The pump stopped briefly, and an employee came outside and accused me of stealing someone else’s gas, claiming another customer prepaid on the wrong pump. That accusation made no sense because the pump required my ZIP code and processed my card before dispensing fuel. Despite this, the employee spoke to me in a very accusatory and unprofessional manner and insisted I come inside to pay for gas I did not steal. When I checked my account about 45 minutes later, I discovered I was double charged $28.59 by QT — confirming there was clearly an error on their end. Being falsely accused and then double charged is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
