We came back from our trip from New York and our car had sat for four days, when we went to drive it it was a screeching loud sound, and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, we called Mavis to see if they could just look at it and figure out what it was and they said, of course. We brought it in and they looked at our car and determined that it was a rock in between our rotor and brakes they didn’t charge us and were so helpful to get us in and out. Best customer service we have had. and they said, of course. Best customer service we have had in so long highly recommend them in their hospitality.

I purchased a complete new set of tires and it made such a difference in my ride. As tires are one of things that can cause issues, especially if you live in an ever increasing construction area like me, I get continued good service at my local Mavis location. I would recommend when you need tires or tire service to reach out to Andrew or Fatima.

My cars rear tire was punctured by a nail or some other foreign object and was leaking down fairly rapidly. I was able to get the car to the Mavis dealer. on Jim Wilson Road in Fort Mill, South Carolina, before it had gone completely flat. Mark Fatima checked out the tire and very professionally handled the situation. The technicians removed the tire and repaired the puncture and I was on my way in a little over 90 minutes! An excellent experience for me, with experienced people who know what they are doing. Mark Fatima’s professional attitude , And experience made it a very easy and unstressful experience. Thanks so much!

BE AWARE OF MAVIS TIRES !!! I don't have any problem with the this store or the staffs , they are really helpful with us every time we come in to do our cars. So yea our relationship is great. UNTIL THIS HAPPENS , so.. i took the wheel out to change the brakes pad and found the tire like this. No wondering why my TPMS keep going off but when i check the tires the pressure is good . So because its still holding air i always though it could be my TPMS got bad so who know how long i been driving with the tire like this. AND I CHANGED THE TIRES IN APRIL OF 2024. So only been 19 months old The problem is when i contact the shop and they want me to bring the tire into the shop so they can look at it and all of them at the shop were surprised how this look like. I did ask what can possible cause the problem and they have no ideas because it not a cut or anything , you can see the pictures. So the staffs trying to make phone calls i guess to boss and higher boss, end up telling to leave the tire at the shop till next day according to the shop manager he trying to see if it the manufacturer problems. They might be able to cover it for me. So after all that .. i called in today to ask about the situation and they said i will have to pay $262.93 if i want to replace it, the reason is it look like “road hazard problem” and i didn't buy the warranty for it .. and i ask again what could be causing it and they said i could ran into pothole.. POTHOLE ??? come on Mavis .. even your tech told me the day before it doesn't look like pot hole or anything cut to it , because it still holding air in it. Im not like a professional about tires so i did asking some people about this and they all agreed its cant be pot hole . To be honest this is my first time using Mavis Brand for tires , im always stick with either Michelin or Good Year , and this tell me im right. So yea like i said i don’t have the problem with this location or the staffs here just not using Mavis’s Tires anymore . I guess not so much saving after all.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband took his car in for an oil change yesterday and was told he needed new tires (even though he just got new tires last year), and a new suspension for over $2000. When he was driving to work today his car was acting up and he stopped at a new mechanic to look over his car. We found out Mavis had all the bolts loose on his tires from the suspension and the mechanic informed my husband that if he kept driving, the tires would have fallen off his car which would have resulted in a major accident. The manager at Mavis refused to offer compensation other than free oil changes and denied that the tires could have fallen off despite a written report that we showed them from the other mechanic. I would never take my car here unless you want your car to be in even worse shape than when you brought it in. They are a SCAM and will DESTROY your car. I wouldn't even trust them to wash my car. I wouldn't take my car to them even if it broke down in front of their business.
