Even though the team was ready to go home, they stayed and were incredibly friendly and professional. I had been to another Mavis that unfortunately had a broken tool and was waiting on a replacement, so they could not mount my spare tire back, but these guys stepped in and got it handled quickly and correctly. It is a relief to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and respectful of a customer's time. Highly recommend!

Mario explained everything about the screw and what it did to the tire and it was fixed and off riding along i went. They really back their product up if you get a flat. Thank you to Mario and his team for hooking me up with my flat tire fix today.
