The previous shop I went to destroyed my tire beyond repair and I was in a real bind. I am so so grateful that the folks at Mavis were able to help. I did a little ear hustling and heard them quote rates for different services and the prices were so much cheaper than I paid in the past. I will definitely be considering them in the future. Oh yeah they also have free air!!! Wish I had known that when I was searching.

They were able to patch my tire quickly, and even pointed out that the leak was from a previous poorly done patch job. Then they ended up not even charging me! I arrived for a scheduled tire rotation appointment and pulled my car up as I have been instructed to do at other service centers. Instead of being guided by staff, I was met with stares, and a male employee approached my vehicle asking what I was doing. I calmly explained that I had an appointment. Upon entering the store, I observed staff laughing, which made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I presented my online receipt showing the confirmed price for my appointment, the location initially refused to honor it. I was forced to contact another store to confirm that the price should, in fact, be honored before the issue was resolved. Due to the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unnecessary inconvenience, I will not be returning to this location.
