They walked me back, jump started my car and then diagnosed my battery at the shop around the corner. Should I have known a 5-6 year old sedan needed a new battery? Probably, but I didn't. Well, these gentlemen proceeded to looking up what I needed and replaced the battery, and I was back on the road again in 15 min! Thank you very much Toni and Kari - you are the absolute best!
