When I went to pick it up, they gave my car to someone else and were only going to give me a sedan (smaller car-which wouldn’t work with my work supplies). The “manager” Dan was arrogant, rude and condescending. I use National/Enterprise a lot. Stay away from this branch or rent from another company.

Advised didn’t want to go that far. Guy said come back at 4pm and I’ll have it. I showed up at 4pm and a lady working had no idea what she was doing. Said they didn’t have the reservation. Asked me who I talked to this morning, I asked who worked there this morning….she said Aaron. Well that’s obviously who I talked to. Then asked me to sit down and wait so she could “look into it” I said I didn’t want to waste more time if they weren’t going to have a car, to which she replied they don’t have a car. I asked why did she just ask me to sit down and wait then to which she replied- I don’t know why I did that. Completely clueless all around.

They are both ready to roll out the red carpet for everyone that walks through the door! It makes you feel so special to be remembered when you come and to be asked about your trip. It's the little things that go a long way! I had a terrible experience while out of town. My situation was not just listened to but given a generous solution for my customer satisfaction. ONLY because the enterprise I pick up from is so kind and caring will I continue to rent from enterprise.
