  After over four years of wonderful service at this location as we rent vehicles several times each month, we made the decision not to return to the Indian Land location due to the disrespectful manner in which we were treated by the new location manager, Dan. This happened on two different occasions and we were officially done with ever returning to this location. We have found a better Enterprise where we are always treated kindly and we utilize the other location or go to National at the airport for our car rental needs.

  Customer service as this location is great. Joe is very helpful, friendly, and personable. He always remembers my name. The cars are always clean and usually better quality than expected.

  Great customer service when we arrived to pick up the rental, great customer service when I called because I forgot my license, and I assume I will receive great customer service tomorrow at my drop-off. Thanks to all of you. * I did in fact get wonderful service upon the return and a kind gentleman even gave me a ride home. All in all a perfect experience.
