My Enterprise location needed to acquire a vehicle from another nearby location. The transaction was so smooth from start to finish at the SC Fort Mill Hwy 160 location. The staff was so thoughtful and professional I want to especially mention Isaiah, Savannah and Nathan. They were awesome 👌 👏 👍.

The staff showed no effort to accommodate me or value my loyalty. Savannah was rude and had a nasty attitude, which made the situation even worse. No one from management or the regional team followed up with me at all. The previous manager and team were so much better — they truly cared about their customers. Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill.
