    Absolutely horrendous. We made a reservation for an AWD SUV because we had to go into the mountains when snow was predicted. When we showed up, they told us they didn’t have the SUV we reserved and said the only thing they have is a Wagoneer that’s AWD. We had to take it, only to get home and discover it was not AWD, it was rear wheel drive. I called them to tell them this and they didn’t try to find a solution at all. They told me to “try and call around” to other enterprises to find another SUV. I spent the next hour calling 10+ enterprises, who had no SUVs, while we missed the time we were supposed to leave. When I went to return the Wagoneer, because I’m not taking a rear wheel drive bus into snowy mountains, they tried to CHARGE me for the 3 hours I had it. They wasted a ton of our time and left us without safe transportation in the mountains. They should not be taking reservations for cars they don’t have.

    Over the years the cleanliness of the cars has gone down, the first one I was shown was filthy and no one takes the time to go over the features of the vehicle, hate this because I really liked them before
