  Jess R helped me figure out my check engine lite problem. She also cleaned my battery for free. She was great! Bubbly personality very talkative and sweet. Amazing work ethic!

  Jessica is so wonderful… she helped me out with everything I needed, she’s the best. She changed my windshield wiper blades, put fluids in my car and I’m coming back for her to change my light bulbs Thank you so much!!!!

  Accidentally posted this review to a different Auto parts store, so want to put it here where it belongs. My Duralast battery finally died in January (lasted 8 years!), and Jess W. did a great job in getting a new one installed and getting me on my way to work. Helpful and professional. In this cold winter, my wife's Duralast died as well (February) after many years, and I brought her car there as well. They once again did a great job. Most appreciated, AutoZone.

  I’m just copying and pasting what I posted to social media. This experince was on 1/28/26 around 7:30pm. I was short changed a few cents at Autozone today and was told it was bc they did not have pennies. Refund was $9.63. He gave me $9.60. I paused for a moment to think about this new reality and told him it didn’t make sense to not receive all my money back. I then noticed his screen said to round up to 65 cents. I pointed it out to him. He was annoyed to have to involve a manager to open the cashier for 5 cents. I didn’t care. Reminded him that if every store did this to me, I’d be losing a lot of money. Small things add up in the long run. As I started driving away, I just thought about how weird and ignorant that whole interaction was 😆. Are people really thinking it’s okay to not give customers back 100% of their change? 🥴
