I was then handed off to another clerk who was not courteous or professional. What should have been a quick and simple fix turned into a frustrating experience due to poor customer service

Tim drives up, gets out of his truck ( he was delivering a part) ,, keeps repeating loudly and aggressively "NO ONE IS THERE, NO ONE IS THERE". He didn't even give me the time to say " I'm meeting them here" ... I'm not even sure why he even thought it was any of his business. But, this guy was ready to throw dwon for no reason ... Tim is gonna come across someone with a lot less patience then me for ignorant people..
