  My wife and I were in town visiting . My wife noticed a bubble in our rental car tire. We took it by Mavis to get it checked . It was a potential danger on the interstate back home to Atlanta Ga. Store manger Taylor stepped in replaced the tire for us and we made it back home safely. Taylor is a great guy . If you have any tire or brake needs please head over to Mavis and ask for Taylor.

  Went in for an car alignment, it took them an hour to do, everyone was nice. Especially Taylor B, he was just amazing after the service he informed me when I have to come back to get the adjustments, and also let me know the other issues that I have with my vehicle, he told me what the price was going to be front, instead of me having to find out after the service was done.

  Great service and great people! I stopped in because my tire was losing air. They got me in and out quickly and were very professional. The facilities are clean and the waiting area is comfortable ,as a handdicapped adult who needs wheelchair Trevor and his teammates went way above and beyond to help me in time of need due to tire going flat . Trevor and all team doesn’t see just as a number but as a customer and neighbor . They bring great service and new hope for customer service in florence county they live the life thats says love thy neighbor as thy self not in empty words but in action and true love for fellow man .Trevor and his teammates is what makes florence great and give hope to the citizens.

  Needed a four tire balance on my way to Florida from nc. Service manger got me set up with an appointment last minute. And I did have to wait over 1.5 hours but I am not deterred from continuing to be a customer of mavis. Almost all locations I've visited exemplifies good honest customer service and the associates do not press "further" repairs or work unless detrimental to the safety of the owner. And for that I commend mavis associates and I do recommend paying the prices for the quality of service(s)

  On Saturday, April 4th, I had a 2:00 appointment to have a set Tires installed that were ordered and expected to have been in. I dropped the car off at approximately 1:50. Once 4:30 rolled around and I still had not received a call that my car was ready, so I called and I was told that they were just pulling it in and they would be staying over to get it done being that they close at 5:00. Well I never got a call so I went by around 6:00 to find that they had closed up with my car inside....no tires mounted on the car but the guy that was still there said he called me but I had no missed calls. I was treated as if I was wrong for being upset that my car was not ready after all that time but what was the purpose of an appointment. I'm sure it can't possibly take 4 hours to install tires.
