  It was petty good,good gas miles went I got to South Caroline engine light came on. So I visit a Enterprise here. Waiting to here back from them.Real good people,I am not upset feel blessed.

  The staff here is very nice and helpful. The rental process was simple and fast. They thoroughly explain your rental agreement with you. I recommend this rental location.

  Always have a fast and easy experience when renting cars from enterprise. Staff is very friendly. Only problem is I was not able to get a car as quickly as I wanted, I had to wait 4 days to get a vehicle.

  Out of all the time I've done business with Enterprise this experience had by far got to be the worst and really makes me think why I even being my business with them. The lack of customer service and compassion really describes how a company works. Called customer service concerning my deposit being sent to the wrong payment method and spoke to 8 different people all of which told totally different stories but all put the mistake on someone else cause me to have to sleep in my car. Had NO compassion to the fact I expressed that I recently had open heart surgery and have 3 huge kidney stones that had to be surgery removed and I had 2 tubes in my back coming from my kidneys and I couldn't risk sleeping in my car only to be told it wasn't this person's fault or they literally hung up the phone on me. But I can day this much they was consistent on informing me that they are part of a team at Enterprise. Forgive me if I'm wrong but I was always told that a team works together and doesn't last blame on a single player.. Like I asked why they all couldn't not get in a room together and all come up with the same lie that way they would all say the same thing to a customer.. It's sad that it off 8 customer service reps not one actually helped me and in conclusion I was forced to sleep in my car for the night with my health issues... Pothetic!!!
