- MHMichael Hesbach2 days ago1.0It took 3 hours to complete the service to the car. Staff member mentioned there was evidence of rounding on the lug nuts. I said to replace them, but you don't stock them. Then I said if you don't feel comfortable to leave it alone. They took them off anyway then tried to put them back on, but they rounded them all the way. So they had to take them off again and buy new lug nuts. In order to get them off they had to pound on sockets to the nuts to remove them. On one lug nut they split the nut with a hammer and screwdriver. After they were done they forgot the wipers so they had me move my car out of the bay so the clock would stop ticking. It took them another 20 minutes to change windshield wipers. The refunded $34.99 for the rotation. Three hours of my life was worth $34.99.
