- BMBig MamaOct 31, 20252.0Customer service is better than my car washes. Tidal Wave will scrub the front of my car when bugs are on it; Scrubby’s will not if it’s not in your package. I love the area space to vacuum, and I love the area the facility sits, but I feel that service should be free to everyone. Every time I was my car, I have to go over the front when I’m done. Smh
