  I own a 2013 Chevy Silverado with a blue tent across the windshield place my order for the same style of windshield and waited an hour and a 1/2 for the windshield to be replaced for it to be the wrong Windshield Now I have to come back after the glue Dries so it doesn't make a mess for them to replace it with no compensation of my time Paid out-of-pocket for this windshield while I fight my insurance company

  Easy online booking great customer service and excellent installation. Came to the hospital when my daughter was having surgery with no issues finished his work and locked my car back allowing me to be inside with my daughter the entire time.

  The front desk staff were polite and respectful, and the technician did a good job with the windshield itself. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. I expected mobile service, as Safelite advertises windshield replacement at home. I live only a few minutes from this location, yet mobile service was not offered. Because of this, I was forced to come in and wait approximately two hours with no option for a shuttle, ride home, or vehicle delivery when finished. The waiting area was very uncomfortable. The building heat was not working, and only a small space heater was being used for multiple customers, leaving the large waiting area cold. I had to sit there freezing for most of my visit. During my appointment, an employee had her young children sweeping and vacuuming the lobby while customers were present. With no ventilation and the cold environment, this created dust and made the space even more uncomfortable. Cleaning should be done after hours, not while customers are waiting. Another concern was communication. At one point my vehicle was driven off the property, and I was not informed beforehand. It was unsettling to see my car leave the lot without explanation. If this is part of the calibration process, customers should be notified in advance. Overall, while the repair itself appears fine, the lack of comfort, convenience, and communication made this a poor experience. I expected a much higher level of service from Safelite.
