**Review of Taco Bell at Pilot - Exit 164 Florence Farmers Market**
I feel it’s necessary to share my frustrating experience at the Taco Bell located at the Pilot on exit 164.
On February 13, 2026, around 7:15 PM, I ordered the $9 box but was incorrectly rung up for a number 9. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee went to the taco maker, insisting that I had ordered the $9 box because that’s what she entered. He confirmed that she indeed rang in a #9. Instead of taking responsibility, she rudely told me I needed to learn how to order correctly and made no effort to assist or remake my meal.
When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she snapped, “You want me to write it down for ya?” Her dismissive attitude clearly indicated she had no interest in helping. I also noticed another customer nearby who looked embarrassed when she hollered at him about his declined card; he was clearly appalled by her handling of the situation—her tone was both rude and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I overheard her making derogatory comments about a co-worker named Malachi, which is entirely inappropriate in a customer service environment. She even seemed to think I would eat a chicken cantina instead of rectifying the situation. I ultimately had to go to Pilot to get my money back.
This experience was incredibly disappointing and could have been easily resolved with a bit of professionalism and courtesy. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell or any Taco Bell in Pilot due to the unprofessional demeanor I encountered.

I stopped at this Pilot Truck Stop, decided to take a shower — and was shocked. I found a live cockroach in the shower. This is simply unacceptable for a place where people relax and tidy up after a trip.
Cleanliness is at a very low level, it is clear that no one is properly involved in sanitation here. It was disgusting to use the shower after that.
I won't come here again, and I don't recommend it to others.

This Pilot flying J worker violently and rudely hits the door of my truck while I was sleeping, to tell me that at 8 in the morning the available parking lot cannot be occupied, very bad experience

Went to this to truck stop and was ignored by numerous employees while I was standing there. Instead they just watched me suspiciously with out offering any help. This lasted an hour and then one of them finally acknowledged me only to tell me they only have 2 showers working. And no it was not busy at all. Ive worked at pilot and cleaning showers is not fun but it still has to be done. They just chose not to help me. As soon as i was walking out the door after they told me they only had 2 showers, it said my shower was ready. Like come on really? I normally have a good experience with pilot. But I know it is just the workers that needs readjusting.
