Nae, the cashier, assisted me she has the best personality and customer service I’ve ever seen. She was kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming, which made our stop so pleasant. As a trucker’s wife, I really appreciate this level of care, especially during long travel days during storm of the century. This team represents Pilot so well, and Nae should absolutely be recognized by corporate for how outstanding your team is. Thank you to both Key and Nae for such a great experience!

She was calm and collected throughout this whole process and handled the situation very professionally.
