Scheduled pick up even to coincide with Pterodactyl Airlines arrival times - not a soul in sight to release scheduled pickup. Why??
- PTPeppy ThomasNov 23, 20192.0Let down. I had to drive 1 hr to another location after the staff left early from this location. Place closes at 9pm and staff left before 8:30pm. It thru my rental period completely off. I was taking my dad to a football game on Saturday and didn't have a car on Thursday. On Friday the agent at the new location followed up with the agent from my original complaint. I was compensated by the manager at the original location once I returned the vehicle. Stressful way to start a fun vacation.
