Had a bad shake in the steering wheel and amber helped me explain not only what it could be but all that she could offer to fix it. As a woman I can say amber was the best to talk to, Enrique the store manager also took my car on a test drive to up the service and make sure I was good to go! Thank you amber and Enrique! Not knowing anyone near Florence, I booked an appointment at this Mavis thinking that while I’d probably get shafted on price and time, I had to do what I had to do. My experience was the exact opposite of my unjustly negative expectation. The gentlemen at this Mavis location were honest with what I needed done vs what could wait, helpful overall, time-conscious given my situation, super friendly and professional, and even made sure they gave me every discount they possibly could. And the prices were reasonable comparatively, anyhow! I would highly recommend the services from the crew at Florence Mavis to a friend or relative; and they gave me great confidence in the entire Mavis brand for when I’m elsewhere and need to decide where to get serviced.

He explained everything to me even helped me understand some things I don’t know about my car. I loved the fact that he wasn’t a pushy sales person but by far the friendliest person I’ve met in a while. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires to anyone who’s looking for tire needs.
