They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The service was fast, affordable, and done right the first time. I really appreciated the honesty and efficiency, which can be hard to find. I will definitely be returning for future tire and maintenance needs and would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.

They also maintained effective communication throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. What really stood out was they stayed late to make sure the job was finished and done right. It was very refreshening to experience this level of customer service.
- BTBlackout Tim90Dec 19, 20255.0I stopped by just to put air in two tires. Turns out it was an even bigger issue. Jordan came out to help and said hey man if you want we can take a look at it. He said I just want to make sure you are good to go, and to see if the issue may be more than air. So Jordan and staff checked out the first tire. Turns out it was a bad stem they took the time and replaced it in no time. Then when they were letting my car down off the lift the other tire that needed air went completely flat. They checked it out, and informed me that it had a couple of slow leaks in it. They told me I would need a brand new tire and that they can get me squared away. Also great pricing I would recommend this tire shop to anyone. The best tire shop in Florence. 5 stars Easy
