  ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT FOR A RENTAL EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A RESERVATION. What’s the point in making a reservation if they HARDLY EVER have any cars?

  I will always use Enterprise for my rental car use the people are polite nice great to be around and good to work with and everything was wonderful thank you guys I recommend you go to Enterprise they are the best

  They didn't want to honor our reservation and locked us out of the building saying they don't have enough staff. Previously we've walked in 5 minutes before closing and they've helped us, so we didn't even expect to need a reservation but today we saw they were busy and made one but they won't honor it. There were plenty of cars available. They didn't have someone to clean cars or something. Then the customer service number we called said they would reach out to mgt and make sure we got a vehicle today. Big shout out to the employee who actually helped us on his way out the door(after we sat there for over 2 hours) , but I still wouldn't recommend them unless it's not that important for you to get a car. One person there gave up and left, another person said they had been coming in since Thursday. I won't be reaching out again because they are supposed to be giving us a call back. I don't leave negative reviews until I've given an establishment time to respond and they don't
