    I rented a oneway from Waldorf, MDto Florence Airport on Sept 4th because I was purchasing a car from Nissa Florence which was supposed to be a happy occasion. I went to pick up my car from the dealership approx 10am. After making my purchase I called the Florence Airport location to ask them to pick up the vehicle fron Florence Nissa. Spoke with employees (female) at approx 11am on Sept 5th who said they would pick up the car, but did not pick car up until Sept 9th charging my credit card over $1000 that was initially $140.92. The dealership manager also called because No one picked up the car to no avail. What a horrible experience and dishonest company i thought had integrity to honor their service that you offer. I am still in limbo with thus issue. Marcelle from the Waldorf Md location has even sent emails to Florence without a response. I hope i never have to use them again. Made my car buying experience disappointing because of their neglect.

    There were no reservation rentals for when I arrived in Florence, SC, but the website said they were open until 9. I was also told to call ahead to make a reservation for the next day. Called the desk multiple times and could not get through or leave a message because the voicemail was full. When I arrived at 8 they were closed. I then learned the closure may be permanent. I had to get a cab which was not a problem, but clearly customer service was not a priority.
