    I was greeted from the time I stepped foot on the parking lot, all for the staff were very informative and helpful. Jalen was my salesperson, his customer service was top tier. He asked me what I wanted and delivered exactly what I asked for. I would recommend anyone to car town Kia of Florence.

    I recently moved here from Virginia and needed an oil change for my 2016 Kia Soul. The staff at Car Town Kia USA Florence were very kind and courteous. I was informed that Patric would be my designated service advisor. Patric is an excellent service advisor. After completion of the oil change he informed me of some additional maintenance items needed and advised me of great options As a courtesy they also washed my car. What a great dealership. I feel very confident about using them again.

    It’s difficult to give a score based on their previous lack of honesty. But I’ll give them another chance. Oil left on engine after oil change. Pet peeve of mine. The waiting area for the first time was very pleasant. No complaining about poor service. It’s bad hearing about problems when you have paid for a service warranty. Why do you have to wait almost an hour when you have made an appointment. I hope things get better.

    I had a great experience working with Justin H, even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle. He was kind, knowledgeable, and knew his stuff! What really stood out was his dedication—he even brought a car for me to test drive on his day off. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE looking for a reliable and hardworking salesperson!

    Let me begin by saying the staff was pleasant and courteous . I had a 10:30 appointment to get my oil change. I was told they would get right on it. A little after 12:00 a man came out and told me my rear wiper blade was gone and they would replace it for $36. I told him that would be fine. He said they would replace it and it shouldn’t be much longer. Around 1:15 I went to the service desk and asked again how much longer. I was told they were washing it and they would bring around soon. I explained to them I was picking up lunch for a hospice patient and I was already an hour late. Please hurry. At 2:30 I went back to the service desk and told them to just bring me my car. It took another 15 minutes because they couldn’t find where it was parked. Finally they drove it around and told me my paper work was on the seat. I said that I needed to go in and pay for my wiper blade. He said oh we didn’t have one. I get in the car and see no paper work. I go back in and they say hold on we will print it. I said I can’t wait any longer, just mail it to me. Time will tell if they do. I find it unacceptable that what should have been a 20 minute oil change took over 4 hours, thus the 2 star rating.
