    I have dealt with a lot of car dealers in my life but, I must say that I have had the greatest experience with Car Town KIA. There’s a young man who works there by the name of Jalen Jennings who went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience with this company. Awesome!!! The whole staff was amazing. It’s been a long time since I have had a car that didn’t have issues. I’m excited to be part of the Kia family. Thanks!!!!

    Amazing customer service - I had issues with my vehicle when traveling to SC, called service and spoke with Matt, feared driving further and was able to continue to my destination… hesitant to drive to Florence but took my vehicle in without appointment- with many vehicles ahead of us in the service line- quick, professional and easy to work with - I highly recommend the dealership, Matt in service and their team!

    This was my first time visiting, and I was well pleased with my visit. The Gentleman that set up my appointment Patrick was very friendly and helpful. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment Mr. Patrick greeted me with a smile and welcome. The approximate time he stated it would take to work on my car was spot on, and they washed my car for me too! Such a great experience and atmosphere!

    Update – Went Elsewhere & Glad I Did After my disappointing experience with CarTown Kia, I took my business to Toyota of Greensboro, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. The difference in professionalism, communication, and overall respect for me as a customer was night and day. Jordan, Jacob, and Frankie at Toyota of Greensboro treated me like family from start to finish — no games, no lies, no fake “we’ll call you back” energy. They helped me secure my dream 2024 Kia K5 GT-Line without the runaround I dealt with here. It’s crazy how a few hours of honesty can do what CarTown Kia couldn’t in weeks. I’m now driving the exact kind of K5 I wanted — and it’s all thanks to a dealership that actually values your time. If you’re thinking about giving CarTown Kia a chance, do yourself a favor and call Toyota of Greensboro first. They’ll take care of you the way these folks should’ve.

    I was traveling from NJ to FL when the tire alarm of my 2025 Kia Sportage tire alarm signaled low pressure and I was able to make it to this Kia service center. The service rep took me in right away and had me back on the road in approx 2 1/2 hrs. The tire was damaged and had to be replaced. He showed me a xray of the tire and though I was angry and disappointed the tire couldn't be repaired, I appreciate the fact without an appointment they corrected my problem and had me on my way that kept me on my schedule. I hope the company gets this message and passes to the service rep.
