They both have helped me and family to get into some really nice rides. I got a 2021 Chevy Equinox in Aug. and then turned around and got my daughter a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. Both phenomenal vehicles!!! Thank you Car Town Kia, you guys rock at this car thing!!!
- SBSage Barr5 days ago1.0This dealership is definitely not the best, called and made an appointment. Dropped my car off hours earlier and they never called me back. So I kept reaching out, they kept my car a full day without doing anything to it and wasting time. Next day I had to keep calling again for them to finally work on it, was told a little bit after three it should be done in an hour or so. Told them I would drive up there but it might be awhile cause I live 50 mins away. I got there at 6:20pm Online it says they close at 8. THAT IS NOT TRUE, they close at 6. Would not open the door and let me get my car, I wasted an hour and 40 mins driving for no reason. Everyone just seems unprofessional. Would not recommended this place Just got my car back, it’s rattling. They refused to look at it and claimed they only checked for oil issues. But in the same sentence they fixed and changed everything else like spark plugs and ignition coil. Doesn’t make sense, run from this dealership!

I notified staff and they said that they would give me a call back. I have had one conversation, and was told they would "Call back again" but have yet to hear anything.
- JHJason HabbalDec 27, 20252.0I’m trying to figure out why it takes four days to get a price on a vehicle that I am ready to buy, And then nonchalantly tell me that if I don’t do a personal guarantee for my business loan, which from G wagons down to Kia‘s, we have never done a personal guarantee for the business, that they can’t sell me a vehicle, and that was as far as they went with it. No options no discussion just an email saying they can’t sell us a vehicle. I guess onto the next place.
