I had a great experience at this dealership. I came in with very clear goals, and was able to get a car I love without breaking my budget. I also have to specifically compliment Katie, the dealer I worked with. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend her to others!

Katie the car lady was awesome to buy a car from 5 stars. Service department needs some work. They dont answer the phone period. Tryed 3 times to make my first oil change and tire rotation. Had to have Katie make it for me. Then they overcharged me for the service. They will have one more chance to get service right. If that dont happen I wont be back except for recalls and warranty work

I brought my Kia K5 in for a diagnostic due to driving and A/C issues and had a very disappointing experience.
I arrived at 8:30 AM and waited about 30 minutes before the waiting room became overcrowded, so I stepped away and later stood near the service entrance (not past any restricted signage) to observe the progress on my vehicle. After about two hours total, I was approached by a staff member (Jeff, the parts manager) who spoke to me in an aggressive and dismissive tone, telling me I needed to go back to the waiting room. When I calmly explained that I wasn’t in a restricted area, he responded with “I don’t care” and continued speaking in a confrontational manner. When I mentioned that he was being aggressive, he replied, “Oh, you would know if I’m being aggressive.”
I brought this to the attention of the general manager, who initially acknowledged I was allowed to stand where I was. However, I was later told that an employee had complained I made them uncomfortable, which was used to justify how I was treated. This explanation felt unprofessional and dismissive of the situation, especially given the way I was spoken to.
After waiting around three hours, no diagnostic work had been completed on my vehicle, and I ultimately chose to leave.
