- BBBen BullochApr 7, 20261.0I went in to have my oil changed, air filter, fuel filter, and my tires rotated. They lost 2 of the air filter screws. They didnt do anything about it. Till i asked them about it. Never checked the oil after. They couldn't get the fuel filter off. And while rotating my tires. Sonny couldn't get one of my tires off. Due to not taking all the lug nuts off. It took forever. I had to go to another place. To have the fuel filter changed. Another customer came up to me. And told me watch them. I already was. I will not be going back. And I will tell everyone to not go there as well..

How did they sell her an air filter that I just changed less than 4,000 miles ago? They also wrote her a sticker for her next oil change for 4,000 miles instead of at least 5,000. I def. Will not bring any of my other vehicles there! They are looking to make an extra few dollars but will be losing more in the long run! It's a new location and I was incredibly happy to get a Valvoline close by but what a dishonest place!

I could tell that he really cared about his work. John and Matt who were cycling everything out were super efficient and so convenient. Im coming from previously using Express Oil Change and that place was a scam. This was a welcome change and I appreciate the premium experience.
