  *Oil change cost me almost $400 in diagnostic services due to negligence from Valvoline.* I had an oil change at this Valvoline on December 27. Within days, my vehicle showed repeated low-oil warnings (December 31,January 5 and again January 6). Each time I returned, I was told there was “no leak.” I took my car to Volkswagen for a diagnostic per their advice that I get a diagnostic. Volkswagen confirmed that the plastic drain plug itself was broken, causing oil loss due to the previous oil change at Valvoline. The manager claimed the issue was a “broken O-ring due to wear and tear.” However, the photo clearly shows the damaged piece is not an O-ring — it is a broken section of the drain plug itself, with a visible piece broken off. Maybe because I am a female he believes he can manipulate me. I had no oil issues before Valvoline serviced my vehicle. The problem began immediately after their oil change which is due to an employee breaking the drain plug. Despite diagnosis and physical evidence, Valvoline corporate refused to accept responsibility and labeled the damage as normal wear, leaving me out hundreds of dollars for diagnostics and corrective service. The most disappointing part was not just the damage, but the lack of accountability afterward. Corporate have not responded to my email following a very unsatisfactory phone call. I would strongly caution anyone to think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle.

  Terrible service. When I pulled up, one of the workers was in his car on the phone. I was the only customer there and when the guy came to me he mumbled so much I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. When I pulled in, he went back on his phone while the other gentleman took my information. He didn't know how to apply the coupon and after he called and figured it out, he gave me the receipt that had everything they didn't do, checked off as being done. The other guy was still on his phone. On the receipt, they only took $10.00 off from the $15.00 coupon and charged an extra $10.00 for .07 liters of extra oil the coupon didn't cover. They changed the oil in five minutes but they didn't check any of the other fluids, wipers, filters, etc-of course the receipt checked off it was all done. When they finished, the one on his phone walked out of the garage, turned and waved me forward, that was it. As I pulled out he said some something but again, I couldn't understand. $100.00 oil change- literally because that's all they did. I wasn't about to ask them to do the rest of it as I had no confidence they knew what they were doing. The only reason I gave two stars at this location was because it might not be their fault. Maybe the manager or supervisor called off or they weren't taught good work ethic. Either way, I'll never go back to this location.

  The technician was very meticulous when changing my cabin filter, he took everything out of my glove compartment and replaced the filter and put everything back neatly but swiftly. The oil tech was accurate and precise with the oil type and fill amount. Overall a10/10 experience.
