First off, the replacement was extremely difficult due to where the battery was situated in my Ford Edge. Second, the weather that evening was freezing and poor Nate did have a coat. So he froze the whole time but stayed so respectful and positive. Not only did we get it figured out, but a female associate asked Nate to do a second one and he readily agreed so she didn't have to get out in the cold. I could not have more respect for the humility, professionalism and chivalry that Nate demonstrated. He is truly an asset as an associate but ever more so as a fellow human being. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate you Nate, I THANK YOU and I see you.

My car battery stopped when I was at the grocery store located behind the AZ I went over with the intention to borrow a tool to take the battery out but her walked with me back over there tested then jumped it for me so I could make it to AZ. That’s good stuff
