- KFKayla Foster5 days ago1.0Jiffy lube is terrible. This place was working on two extra cars while changing my oil. B/c of that my oil levels were too high it caused my car to shake really bad. I take it back to jiffy lube and they say engine misfire not their fault. Leave go straight to my mechanic (Kimber auto) love them down ! He said it was b/c the oil levels. He fixed my car in two cars no more shaking. So yes jiffy lube wasn’t paying attention and it was their fault why my car was shaking. My mechanic offer to call and to get my refund. I told them no it was okay because they were very good to be and fixed my car for free ! So do not go tot jiffy lube !!!! Reddit has same reviews about jiffy lube after getting oil change their car shakes or something seem off about ther car. Any one would be upset if they got an oil change and after the service their car is messing up and shaking… this place deserve NO STARS !

They had an option for 3 month financing that would be the same price as long as it was paid before the three months ended, which was really helpful to have as an option. Oil change and tire rotation - the person that referred me said they used to offer the tote rotation for free with the oil change, but unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. Overall, good, fast service!

Last visit skipped several things spoke with manager and he gave a coupon for 50 percent off after checking cameras to verify what I said…Went back when it was time for oil change and used coupon only for them to skip several steps again. Didn’t check any of the tire pressure, left the caps off under the hood. Tried to call again to let management know but no answer. Really should issue a refund if you aren’t doing the service in full.

Twice now I went for oil change and explicitly told them not to worry about the cabin filter, I take care of it. Immediately after pulling into the bay they start taking out the cabin filter. Once, sure mistakes happen, twice it isn’t a mistake anymore. I do believe they techs there do a good job, I just wished they would listen to the customers wishes instead of assuming we don’t know what we want.
