When making the appointment the service tech I talked to was very friendly and helpful with the day and time I wanted. The service tech that checked me in the day of my appointment was just as friendly. The building is well kept and clean, offering coffee and water, with a very comfortable waiting area with a flat screen tv and comfortable chairs. The bulb replacement was done in a reasonable amount of time. They also checked all of my lights and replaced the tag light that I didn’t know was out. Thank you to the Firestone tech that acted like he did not understand that I needed the right front bulb replaced, you sent potential business to Goodyear. Thank you Goodyear for having such nice and friendly people working at your business.
