  The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a rental car company!!! Walked in with a reservation number from an insurance company and was told sorry there’s not enough help here to take care of me. We already have 10 people coming in. I wish this could have been zero stars versus one.

  This was my second rental with them. Outstanding customer service. Vehicle was nice and well maintained. Looking forward to my next rental.

  Josh was incredibly helpful through my entire process of having the rental. The staff is kind helpful and quick to get you in a rental.

  El peor servicio que me han brindado en este lugar , puse una reservación con 4 días de adelanto y cuando llegó el día no tenían lo que reservé y me hicieron coger un vehículo que traga mucha gas diciendo que era económico , BUICK 2026 … los llamo pues tendré que esperar mas días para que el body shop me entregue mi carro para ver si tienen otro disponible y a las malas quieren me quede con ese vehículo Pues PROGRESSIVE esta pagando claro …, NO los recomiendo 👎🏾
