  I was an insurance rental so 100% of cost was covered except for the extra week I paid for. If I need a rental for personal use I would like a less expensive car. I did look to rent my extra week from Budget or others but found them impractical because they were only at airport or other distant locations. Enterprise was far more accessible and that was worth more to me than a lower price.

  The Easley location is my go to site. They are always professional and courteous.

  We had a possible mechanical issue with a vehicle that we had rented earlier in the day. We went back by the Easley SC location on our way out of town and they had us in another vehicle and on our way in less than ten minutes.

  Great experience! Josh picked me up from my location and walked me through the paperwork. He was very nice and professional. Additionally, my rental vehicle is in great condition.

  Reserved a car online for an upcoming business trip and when I arrived at Enterprise they let me know that my corporate card would not be accepted at their location and that all potential drivers had to be onsite at the time of rental. Nowhere during the online reservation was any of this documented. Am I supposed to shut down my company so that all of us can sign off at the location? Guess I get to drive to the airport and reserve a car from anybody else. Customer service was terrible and not helpful at all.
