- MSMark SmithMar 24, 20261.0This is a sketchy car wash, at best. Too many times I have experienced the operational aspect of the wash itself as being unpredictable. Some days the rinse doesn't work. The side wash brushes are not very effective. The most recurring issue is the lack of drying towels. When they first opened, they had dry towels piled on a cart for everyone's use. About a year ago they started storing dry towels in a bin box located on every two vacuum bays. Almost every time I've used the car wash since the dry towels bins are always empty. It seems the every day maintenance of the car wash itself is lacking professionalism.

An employee stopped me before entering and told me I had to put their sticker on my windshield with their company logo. When I told him I didn’t want a company sticker on my vehicle, he said management told him in a meeting earlier that week if customers don't want to do it then they don’t want our business. I’m not paying a monthly membership for a car wash just to advertise your company by putting your logo on my vehicle. The way this was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary. After being a loyal customer for years, I'm not coming back. Cancelled my membership and will gladly take my business somewhere else.

Ripped my perfectly good side view mirror on my 2019 Toyota Camry clean off. But my major complaint is that AFTER paying there is a small sign right before you go into the tunnel that tells you all the things they won’t be held accountable to if you RECEIVE DAMAGE BY THEIR CAR WASH. One of those items says they won’t be responsible for any car older than 5 years NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!! Be prepared to receive terrible service and several weeks of waiting to hear back from a senior manager only to be denied a $135 reimbursement because you chose to enter their car wash and it damaged your vehicle. If you got your car detailed by someone and they ripped off your side view mirror and then they refused to help you with replacement would you go back?
