  Amazing Team Drake & Eric! Situation: I had a screw in my tire and I assumed I needed a new tire. I called 2 different places first, based on nearest to my location. Third place I called EXPRESS OIL CHANGE and had the pleasure of talking to Drake who figured out how to help me instead of letting me know the tire was out of stock. He genuinely made me feel he wanted to help anyway he could and it wasn’t pushy sales it was really a feeling of kindness and was willing to find a fix. This is the difference between here and other places. When I came in I can tell they were slammed, all the bays were full but not one employee seemed stressed or inconvenienced by my need for help for the screw in my tire. Instead of trying to upsell me by suggesting I order a new tire they were able to patch my tire. Drake had the patience to explain the process of a patch so I felt better about a patch instead of just purchasing a new tire. I will always choose this place first to service my vehicle. Eric and Drake thank you for your kindness and letting me know all the services you provide. You guys are AMAZING!!!
