  I’ve been a customer at this location in Duncan for years and never had an issue until today. An employee stopped me before entering and told me I had to put their sticker on my windshield with their company logo. When I told him I didn’t want a company sticker on my vehicle, he said management told him in a meeting earlier that week if customers don't want to do it then they don’t want our business. I’m not paying a monthly membership for a car wash just to advertise your company by putting your logo on my vehicle. The way this was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary. After being a loyal customer for years, I'm not coming back. Cancelled my membership and will gladly take my business somewhere else.

  Be WARNED! I have been to several of the local car washes in the area and the side scrubbers at this wash are the most violent. Ripped my perfectly good side view mirror on my 2019 Toyota Camry clean off. But my major complaint is that AFTER paying there is a small sign right before you go into the tunnel that tells you all the things they won’t be held accountable to if you RECEIVE DAMAGE BY THEIR CAR WASH. One of those items says they won’t be responsible for any car older than 5 years NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!! Be prepared to receive terrible service and several weeks of waiting to hear back from a senior manager only to be denied a $135 reimbursement because you chose to enter their car wash and it damaged your vehicle. If you got your car detailed by someone and they ripped off your side view mirror and then they refused to help you with replacement would you go back?

  Always goes down when you’re stuck in line. 3 for 3 times. Girl working says corporate aren’t in a hurry to fix it. Other Spartanburg locations always have the membership lane down so you have to wait or half broken components that don’t give you a complete wash. Or they are totally down too. Not worth a membership.

  I have been a member here since this place Opened as Whatta Wash in 2021. The place continues to go downhill slowly, but surely. First they removed the undercarriage wash, then they started running out of towels to clean the inside of your car as soon as Whistle Express bought out Whatta Wash. Then on 2/14/2026 they had zero bottles of cleaner… I mean zero bottles on the whole place and inside their stock room was empty as well. They cannot keep up with the memberships since they have oversold them. They cannot keep up with the quantity of customers either. Unfortunately, this car wash is a waste of time. They have allowed it to go downhill and they just don’t care anymore. To Summarize: Notify the attendants on site of the issues and told to call and speak to manager. Then call and Can’t get anyone to answer the phone at Duncan location… 1. No one answers the phone, ever. 2. No corporate phone number and corporate hides behind screens and various email addresses and various social media avenues. 3. The Undercarriage Wash was removed. Now salt and dirt cannot be cleaned from under vehicle. 4. Oversold Memberships- the line backs all the way out to the road and can take close to one hour to get car through the wash 5. Still after months, the towels and spray bottles of cleaners are almost always out of stock. These have been unavailable 9 out of 10 times that I am at the wash in 2026. 6. In 2026 so far, the wash has experienced Multiple Breakdowns and is not reliable 7. No wheel cleaner/it doesn't work- wheels are filthy even after back to back washes 8. Tire shine works to shine about half of the tire sidewalls- after going thru back to back, still have areas on the tire sidewalls without tire shine on them

  Easily the worst car wash I’ve been to in the upstate. Car wash shut down 4 times when I was in it turning a 3 minute wash into a 10 minute wash. Then, first four vacuum cleaners I tried were all clogged with no suction. Very few towels available, once again only after searching about 8 stalls and lastly, zero, I mean zero bottles of any type of spray. No employees in vacuum area to help just a bunch of customers walking in circles trying to find anything to clean their car. Don’t waste your time or money
